By accessing or using the LeadintelAI platform, DataCloud API, MailEngine, or any associated SaaS products, you explicitly agree to enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any parameter of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our architecture.
Available Services
We provision B2B intelligence data, robust WhatsApp API connectivity, automated mass mailing schemas, and AI-driven CRM engines. We make significant efforts to ensure high uptime and accurate data hygiene; however, we do not explicitly guarantee absolute delivery rates bypassing all firewall systems, nor do we guarantee specific revenue or sales conversions resulting directly from outreach tools.
User Responsibilities
As a client, you maintain the responsibility to align your outreach operations with local governing laws, including strict adherence to anti-spam regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, DPDP, and GDPR where applicable). You are required to maintain strict account security. Launching unauthorized or aggressively hostile messaging protocols via our WhatsApp API infrastructure will result in immediate termination of routing permissions.
Data Usage Parameters
All curated Leadintel DataCloud segments requested via our platform are provided strictly for your internal sales outreach and B2B pipeline growth. Under no circumstances is commercial resale, extraction, repackaging, or secondary distribution of our B2B datasets authorized. Violations will result in permanent banishment from the platform database.
Payments & Liability
Platform subscriptions and specialized one-time blueprint plans are billed securely via authorized payment gateways. Cloud access may be indefinitely suspended for non-payment occurrences mapping beyond grace periods. LeadintelAI and its affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages emerging from the strategic implementation of your outreach architectures or pipeline disruptions.
